Tips on how to get your company on the Green Train.
Global Warming I bet you've been hearing that since the first major hurricane, which South Africa hasn't experienced at all. Everyone is reliable for the amount of carbon dioxide being produced by their company and the most guilty are the employees that know about it and still consider to keep quiet and do nothing about it.
Here are some tips on keeping your company or business Green and saving a little money on the side:
• Don't print out an email or fax if theirs no need to.
• Download software like ever note or use the memo provided on your computer to save paper instead of writing it down on paper that you'll later throw away.
• Use fluorescent bulbs throughout the building which consumes far less energy then normal bulbs.
• Try to maximise the amount of light that goes through the offices cause that saves on the use of light bulbs in the offices.
• Turn off all lights in a boardroom or office if its not in use.
• Use both sides of a paper to print out documents.
•Replace the old VGA monitors for newer LCD screens which consumes far less power.
• Replace old desktop computers with low ultra voltage laptops.

Why Teens Twitter(Now)
The older generation where for once early to the tweeting game.
The younger generation took time to leave their facebook addiction and start following and posting interesting tweets about their lives and read constant updates of their favourite hollywood stars. As the trend setters in today's world the flip phone(outdated), BBM , Facebook ,but that changed when the much older generation started setting up their twitter account.
The age of tweeting for teens increased this year due to the fact of slow updates to social networks like facebook were becoming old, slow and boring liking a page is a thing of the past they see more belief in contacting the person directly and getting a reply a minute later.
The times when twitter was full of profiles which where created by businesses to get closer to the younger generation and find the trends this time advertises came ahead of time unlike facebook and got the back ground and use of twitter to their advantage. The future for twitter is bright with a 10billion dollar estimation for it and the flocks of teens getting in on the action its visible that the times have changed. follow me @Smokeyemp.

Nokia gives up on Symbain when theirs still hope for it.
Nokia's greatest software success is Symbian as we know it ,but the choice to break away from its best development and adopt Windows Phone is nothing more then pure desperation. Things Nokia need to focus on is the growth of Nokia's software not only in the US as their prime targets ,but the world itself especially in developing countries where smartphones are the only key access to the internet.
-Nokia needs to focus more on social growth and the way people can use their devices to communicate to one another not only by allowing the user to access other SNS ,but also create and response to messages as soon the device is switched on.
-Data ,Data,DATA , the world has changed and SMS is more dead then tapes in other countries the service providers are charging the user an incredible amount for data use. RIMs data providing service is on par which is good enough ,but the devices freeze and can't always provide the performance the user is looking for , Nokia's processors can provide that giving atleast 2-5Gigs of Data to the user each month on all new purchases of Symbian 3 devices can help users use the phone social capabilities and connections to its full potential.
-Apps Apps Apps that's what users want now days they don't go on to websites , they don't want links telling them to go to this link and that link and that link apps provide a simple experience for users . Creating a developer day or event that even developers can stream in and talk to one another live from across the world to share and develop apps and ideas for the platform.
-One OS for all ,Symbian 3 should be the only Symbian that comes from Nokia other then WP7 or Meamo. People don't want to get confused on the next phone they get and should have a fresh look ,but also be familiar with the device.
Nokia has a long road to recovery ahead of it ,but its future at the top is based on its teaming up with WP7 ,but the Symbian platform is a soul in itself that's loosing its light on life let's just hope that Nokia has what it takes to atleast keep it alive.

Nokia: The N in Series
Nokia still the number one phone manufacture in the world ,but the growing number of smartphones have come to try and steal their number one spot N series has come along way. The device that started it all the nokia N70 it was the first step into the multimedia and smartphone step , it paved the way for the followers such as the N93,N86 to the N8 producing the most amazing picture quality to a mobile device.
The Beginning:
The Nokia N70 and N90 the camera phone at the time it wasn't the pocket friendly type, you'd only wish your wallet weighed that much its twisting design and camera skills won the hearts of many, but the music lover only had the choice of the Xpress line up, sacrificing on other features for music Nseries had the answer the Nokia N91 the phone that music lovers dream of and sing and to followed by its twin cousin with a little more weight the N91 black edition which hosted 8gigs of on board space. Nokia decided to do the almost impossible by replacing your camcorder by introducing the N93 and N93i it was a step forward for the video lovers ,but it didn't replace your beloved camcorder at all ,only when it had run out of battery and for some reason you thought you would need your charger you would take out the N93 and capture the moment. Their where other N series devices ,but we are keep on those who had the spotlight. The N73 came like nothing could stop it ,it had class the build and was a sharp shooter with its 3.2MP camera ,its younger sister N72 was always in the back ground never go its time to shine.
The Middle Age :
A prince was born the 8 Jan. 2007 the N95 it took the Nseries range to the level it needed with dual sliding and a 5MPc that would replace your normal camera for a cup of tea with you ,the prince grew and with determination and the wait a King was born the N95 8Gig , it brought the world the next episode of entertainment and multimedia skills that anyone could ask for and it was joined by its younger twin brothers the n81 and n81 8gig which brought multimedia to the masses with a bit of a charm. The wizard came and put a spell on all those who took a picture with its Xenon flash and mirror like styling it was the wizard that could have taken down a king ,but it couldn't. The king came back with new arm it revamped its self into the n96 with the biggest step of doubling its memory to 16gig and bring you live TV on the move, the hit men came the n79 and n85 with looks to die for and features that did the job to bad the crown had to be passed on to new blood and that was the nokia n97 which brought a killer qwerty keyboard, 3.5inch screen touch screen the first of the Nseries and 32gigs of memory so it won't for get where it came from , it married the n86 with its 8MP camera. The son born from these to would be known as the N8, leaving its buttons be hide for a clean(CB) lighting , 12MPc, 3.5inch display , Hdmi and features that left a full spec. sheet.
The Future: What's next in the line of the NSeries the number where running out and the only choice was to go back down , the way I see it is that Meego will add quiet a lot of extra features on the developer and software path as the hardware one is complete and with symbian 3^ being and being a bit user friendly the flagship of future Nseries phones seems brighter then ever
